Pricing
Our initial consultation and visit to the property is free and there is no commitment at this stage.
All fees are clearly outlined in the Letter of Agreement and are agreed in advance.
To give you a better idea we have outlined how we charge below:
- We charge per room for concepts which includes two mood boards
- For sourcing and purchasing furniture or other items we charge a handling fee. We receive trade discounts (10-40% off RRP) at a wide range of retailers (eg Poliform, Designers Guild, twentytwentyone), so in many cases we will actually save you money!
- We charge an hourly rate for project managing third parties
- We charge an hourly rate for time spent working up a proposal excluding the initial mood board fee
