Pricing
Our initial consultation and visit to the property is free and there is no commitment at this stage.
All fees are clearly outlined in the Letter of Agreement and are agreed in advance.
To give you a better idea we have outlined how we charge below:
- We charge per scheme or room for concepts which includes two mood boards
- For purchasing furniture, artwork and other items we charge the price we pay plus a handling fee and we are able to obtain a trade discount from most retailers
- We charge an hourly rate for project managing third parties
- We charge an hourly rate for time spent working up a proposal excluding the initial mood board fee
